MASTER OF FOOD: WINE LEVEL
The course is divided into six classes taught by teachers MASTER SLOW FOOD to be held once or twice a week in November 2008. The course syllabus is following:
1) HISTORY OF WINE AND SENSORY ANALYSIS
2) VISUAL ANALYSIS AND WINE
3) OLFACTORY ANALYSIS, LAND AND WINE
4) To the taste, CLIMATE, VINE AND WINE
5) The balance of flavor
6) SERVICE RULES AND MATCHING
The cost of the course will be of 195 € including Slow Food membership card. Registration is required to pay a deposit of 50 €. All participants will be given a handout on the topics of the course, the bag with the six glasses of wine tasting, book "The pleasure of wine and a certificate of participation. During the course of 26 Italian wines will be tasted high quality. REGISTRATION BY October 17 2008.
Date and venue of the Course: Monday and Wednesday (starting at 20) for the month of October / November.
Sala Villa mosaic Excelsa, Via delle Viole, Sannicola. The course is subject to achieving a minimum of 20 students. Facilities for Slow Food members and Cibus Salento.
